He has been in practice for 30 years and has been a member of Henning Byrne since 1999. Randy's current practice is in civil litigation with particular interest in serious injury claims, insurance, and general commercial and commercial liability litigation. Over the years he has represented both the insurers and the insured. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and has been involved in numerous arbitration and insurance associations. He has lectured for numerous institutions including the Canadian Bar Association, the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society and the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Extension. Randy’s service to the Edmonton community has been extensive and he has had significant involvement in politics over the years. |
